A Vision Beyond Football

Finding the Talent the World Has Forgotten

Talent can be found everywhere. Opportunity cannot. Our vision is to find overlooked young people, give them safety, guidance and professional support, and help them build a future through football.

A different search

Look where football is not looking

Most football academies search for young players who are already training and competing inside organised football.

This vision is different.

The goal is to reach forgotten and overlooked children who have never received that opportunity—young people affected by homelessness, poverty, addiction, violence, family instability or social exclusion.

We do not want to search where everyone else is already looking. We want to reach children whose potential may never otherwise be discovered.

The pilot programme

Real Change Starts With 5–10 Young People

The first step would be a carefully designed pilot programme supporting five to ten young people. Instead of chasing large numbers, the programme would provide deep, individual support to every young person.

Each participant would receive a safe and stable environment, professional football coaching, education, healthy routines, mentorship and a personal development plan based on their needs, abilities and dreams.

Before they can single out an otherwise talented young person for professional football, the programme would work toward safety, trust and stability. Their wellbeing must always come before sporting performance.

What the programme would provide

A foundation for life, not only football

01

Safety and Stability

A secure environment, healthy food, suitable clothing and essential daily support.

02

Professional Football Development

Qualified coaching, physical training, equipment, recovery and nutrition.

03

Education

Support with school attendance, learning and future qualifications.

04

Personal Mentorship

Trusted adults, positive role models and individual guidance.

05

Health and Wellbeing

Access to mental-health, trauma and addiction support when required.

06

Future Pathways

Responsible connections to clubs, academies, education and employment.

Developing the whole person

Football provides the structure

We would not develop football skills alone. Participants would learn discipline, teamwork, responsibility, communication and how to manage both success and disappointment.

Football would provide structure, motivation and belonging—but the programme would develop the whole person.

Not every child will become a professional footballer. Success can also mean returning to school, leaving drugs or criminal environments behind, finding stability, rebuilding confidence or believing in the future again.

Safeguarding first

A Responsible Pathway Into Football

Talented and committed participants could be introduced responsibly to professional coaches, scouts, clubs and academies.

01

No child would be promised a professional career.

02

Children would never be treated as commercial products.

03

Safeguarding, dignity and wellbeing would come before publicity or results.

04

Qualified social-care and child-protection professionals would be involved.

05

Partnerships would be carefully verified.

06

Personal stories and images would only be shared with appropriate consent and protection.

Founder’s vision

Why This Vision Matters to Me

My professional life has been dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people experiencing addiction, instability and social exclusion.

I have seen the potential that can exist behind difficult circumstances—and what can happen when a trustworthy adult refuses to give up on a young person.

My dream is to combine that experience with the power of football and, one day, develop this vision together with Erling Haaland and a team of qualified, responsible partners.

We would not search where football is already looking. We would find the forgotten, create safety and give them the tools, opportunities and belief needed to grow.

Football Can Open the Door

Together, we can help them walk through it.

For responsible collaboration only. Individual-child applications and referrals cannot be accepted until a verified safeguarding system exists.
